The Practice of Strategy Wiki

What is a wiki? A wiki is a collaborative website which can be directly edited by anyone with access to it. In other words, you are able to share information here. Wiki is often described as "the simplest online database that could possibly work". The Practice of Strategy wiki is a website where everybody at the Strategic Management Society's Practice of Strategy Interest Group can collaboratively edit and share information that they find important for the future of the practice of strategy.  Simply, this is an electronic bulletin board for our community (ABCs: academics/researchers, business managers/practitioners and consultants).  The comments, questions, answers and information that you share in this wiki are used to create a shared vision of our members and keep the discussion going in the months between the SMS annual conferences.

What would you like to do?

a). Just check out what this is about:  Go ahead, these pages work like any other internet site. Select from the sidebar on the right, click on links and surf our site! Plenty to see.

b). Comment: Every bottom of the page has a comment area. Set up an account on the upper right hand corner and then you are ready to write a comment. Write comment, click enter, and voilá, you have contributed to our wiki. 

c). Share information, pose questions or give answers:

1. Create an account (top right corner) and sign in.You will get rights to add infomation to our pages. If you already have a PBwiki account, just sign in.

2. Change "View" tab to "Edit " at the top of any page

3. Type anything that you think would be helpful for the community of the practice of strategy (or add a picture, link, or file).

4. Click Save!
